Building businesses in South-East Asia since 2010
Shukhrat Abdukadyrov founded Dolce Vita Group in Pattaya in 2010 and built it into a tour operation with its own fleet, its own excursion programme and offices across Thailand and Vietnam. In 2015 he acquired and rebuilt Moringa Viet Nam into Moringa Royal Herbs, a retail network of traditional-medicine and natural-cosmetics centres now operating in Vietnam, Thailand, Türkiye and the Dominican Republic. In 2018 he opened an investment and construction arm, RECprojects.
InnGo Group is the Singapore company that brings the hospitality side of that work together: the hotels, the distribution, and the technology and commercial operations that run them.

Tourism · since 2010
Sea tours and excursions across Thailand and Vietnam, run on an owned fleet of three-deck catamarans and speedboats. Two Thai bases — Phuket on the Andaman coast and Pattaya on the Gulf — with offices in Vietnam at Nha Trang, Da Nang, Mui Ne and Phu Quoc. Daily excursion programmes, sold through tour operators, serving guests from over ten countries.

Retail · since 2015
Traditional Thai medicine and natural cosmetics. Around 15,000 m² of retail across Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Mui Ne and Phuket, and later Punta Cana and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic and Antalya, Kemer, Side and Alanya in Türkiye. The group received a national award from representatives of the Thai Royal Family for its work in developing Thai heritage, and holds “Royal Pharmacy” status.

Investment & construction · since 2018
Co-investor and developer-client on urban planning, architecture and interior projects — among them The Matrix Condominiums in Nakhon Pathom and the MIDA Golf Course residences in Thailand, Belek Golf Club in Antalya and the Teona high-rise in Ankara, Türkiye.
