Everything that keeps a hotel full and running

Filling the hotel, all year round

There is a difference between being listed and being sold. A listing puts your rooms beside everyone else’s and takes its share of whatever books through it, which moves the cost of a booking around rather than creating one. That is an introduction, and an introduction is not demand.

We start further back than that. The group runs its own tour operation — Dolce Vita, working the Andaman coast from Phuket and the Gulf from Pattaya, on a fleet it owns rather than charters. It sells through tour operators rather than to travellers direct, and those operators are the network we bring to a hotel. They are already moving people into the region in season. Where we partner, those people have somewhere to stay.

That demand is why we take a hotel’s distribution in full rather than in part. We work as the exclusive commercial partner to the properties we manage, and we accept being measured on one number — how many rooms are occupied, across the whole year and not only the weeks that fill themselves.

01

Guests we bring ourselves

The group’s tour operation runs daily sea programmes in Thailand — from Phuket on the Andaman coast and Pattaya on the Gulf — on boats it owns, and sells them through tour operators rather than to travellers direct. Those operators, and the agent network around them, are the first demand a partner property sees. InnGo’s own partners reach across the Emirates, Türkiye, Vietnam, Thailand, Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom. It means a hotel is not waiting on a marketing budget to find its feet before the first guests arrive.

02

The channels you sell on

We run the hotel’s distribution across every place it is sold: the online travel agents, the tour operators and wholesalers you hold contracts with, the retail agents, and your own website. Room types, descriptions, photographs, cancellation terms and availability are kept the same everywhere, because a discrepancy between two listings becomes a complaint at the front desk. Where a hotel is currently sold through an email enquiry form and little else, that is where we start.

03

Rate parity

Parity means one room does not carry three different prices in three different places, and that the hotel is not quietly competing against itself. We hold rates level across the channels you sell on and watch for the drift that starts when a wholesaler resells below what its contract allows. What parity you owe, and to whom, is written into your own agreements — those terms remain your decision. We implement them; we do not set them.

04

Shoulder and low season

A year-round target is not won in high season. It is really a statement about the other months — the weeks when a resort carries the cost of every room and sells only some of them. That is where the operator network earns its place: group programmes, longer stays, and source markets whose holiday calendar does not line up with the local one, moved into the dates that would otherwise sit empty.

05

What you can see

You get the figures that decide whether this is working — occupancy and rooms sold, where each booking came from, rates achieved by channel, and what is already on the books for the season ahead. It comes to you in one place, regularly, rather than as the answer to a question you had to ask first. Your reservation system stays the record: we report from it, we do not keep a second set of numbers beside it.

Two things stated plainly. The 85–90% occupancy figure is the target we work to and the standard we accept being measured against — a target, not a guarantee, and we would rather say so at the outset than promise a number no distributor controls on its own. And the parity and allocation obligations you already hold with online travel agents and tour operators sit in your own contracts: we work inside them, and any change to them is yours to make. Distribution assumes the hotel can take a booking in the first place; where it cannot yet, that sits under booking systems.
